Coulson Capital Ltd. is a Canadian venture capital firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Its portfolio is made up of companies founded, run and/or acquired by Foster Coulson.[1] It previously operated as the Stardust Group, and was previously registered as Project Stardust Investments Ltd.[2] and 1340650 B.C. Ltd.[3]

History

Foster Coulson founded the Stardust Group in 2021.[1:1] The firm was incorporated on December 30, 2021, as 1340650 B.C. Ltd.[4]

On September 12, 2022, the company changed its name to Project Stardust Investments Ltd.[3:1] Then, on November 20, 2024, it changed its name again to Coulson Capital Ltd.[2:1]
