Momentix Capital, also called Momentix USA, is a Canadian-American venture capital firm based in North Vancouver, British Columbia and Tallahassee, Florida. It is part of the Stardust Group.[1]
History
Momentix Capital Corp. was incorporated in the Province of British Columbia on April 1, 2022.[2] An American branch of the company named Momentix USA Inc. was incorporated in Florida on April 28, 2022.[3]
