Vigilant News Network (VNN), officially Fox Media Group Inc.,[1] was an American news media website based in Boca Raton, Florida. It was part of the group of companies founded and run by Foster Coulson under the Stardust Group (now called Coulson Capital).[2]
History
VNN was founded in 2023 by Foster Coulson.[3] Vigilant News Network, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Delaware on July 17, 2023,[4] and VNN's domain name was registered July 22, 2023.[5]
On December 6, 2023, Jim Hoft announced that The Gateway Pundit was launching a news show in partnership with VNN.[6]
On January 8, 2024, Vigilant News Network, Inc. changed its name to Fox Media Group Inc.[7]
On March 17, 2025, VNN announced it was merging with Slightly Offensive.[8] Fox Media Group Inc. was dissolved on April 25, 2025.[7:1] As of May 1, 2025, VNN's URL redirected to Slightly Offensive's website, which had rebranded as RiftTV.[9]
