The Wellness Company

The Wellness Company (TWC) is an American vitamin retailer and telehealth company based in Boca Raton, Florida. It is a portfolio company of International Health Brands (IHB) and the Stardust Group.[1][2]

History

The Wellness Company was founded in June 2022 by Foster Coulson.[3]

On December 31, 2022, Coulson announced that TWC would soon offer "TWC Smart Rings" to paid members, which "enables members to track their smart ring data." He also announced the company had partnered with My Free Doctor in order to provide healthcare services in the United States to people without health insurance.[4]

Chief Medical Board COO Heather Gessling participated in a Facebook Live discussion with the COVID Care Group in early 2023. According to Foster Coulson, the discussion included "the various ways that The Wellness Company is able to help support."[5]

Lawsuit

On September 11, 2025, a group of former employees filed a lawsuit against The Wellness Company and International Health Brands (IHB) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The plaintiffs (Ashlee Foy, Heather Gessling, Penny Green, Tiffany Parotto and Jennifer VanDeWater) alleged that they suffered gender-based discrimination in the workplace; were wrongfully terminated for raising concerns with Coulson, TWC and IHB CEOs Peter Gillooly and Brandon Kuemper; were subjected to retaliatory lawsuits after they filed discrimination complaints with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); and were sexually harassed by male executives and staff members, among other allegations.[6]

Organization

TWC is partnered with Pure Blood Registry[7] and the World Council for Health (WCH), and supports the Zelenko Freedom Foundation and Together 4 Them.[8]

The company provides telehealth services through LocumTele.[9] It also provides various pharmaceutical products and services through Partell Pharmacy, including immunotherapy, virtual care and supplements.[10]

It also offers dental services through its 1Dental program.[11]

The Wellness Company
Altruistic alternative healthcare empire, or intelligence operation?
The Wellness Company: The Parallel Economy We’ve All Been Waiting For
TOTALLY different than what we have right now. Coordinated health, social media, and news. With top of the line BIOTECHNOLOGY.
Monetizing the COVID-19 Backlash—Big Vision, Palpable Demand, But Can They Pull it Off?
“We refuse to profit from your sickness. Join the fight for medical freedom by supporting TWC — a company focused on your Wellness with incredible doctors, treatments, and products.” A quote from Dr. Peter A. McCullough of The Wellness Company, a startup seeking to build a parallel health system. But along the way, will the company start embracing attributes mastered by the existing healthcare corporate empire? Founded in June 2022, the Wellness Company is a new company that offers supplements that purport to reverse damage from mRNA vaccines, along with COVID-19 treatments offered via telemedicine subscriptions. Founded by Foster Coulson, the driving ethos was to build a company to support a patient-centric, parallel healthcare company. Driving that vision was what Coulson saw as a system during the COVID-19 pandemic demonizing front-line physicians and available, safe medicines that could have saved, in his view, millions of lives. A lead player is the high-profile Dr. Peter McCullough, quoted above. But of course, this firm focuses on profits if it is to grow, invest and truly offer an alternative system that is friendly to patients. While the Wellness Company is a privately held, independent venture, a review of Coulson’s investments reveals what looks to be a larger-scale entity designed to give mainstream healthcare systems competition.
