1775 Coffee is an American coffee company based in Boca Raton, Florida. It is officially incorporated as Yertle Turdle, Inc. in Kent, Delaware.[1][2] It is run in partnership with Rumble, and is a portfolio company of Coulson Capital (previously called the Stardust Group).[3][4]
History
Yertle Turdle, Inc. was incorporated on November 14, 2023. Its registered agent is A Registered Agent.[2:1]
On February 5, 2024, Vigilant News Network announced that Rumble had entered "a major partnership" with 1775 Coffee.[5]
