Make America Healthy Again PAC

Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) PAC is an American super PAC based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It supports the Make America Healthy Again coalition between independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and president Donald Trump. The PAC is affiliated with American Health Action (AHA), the Foundation for a Healthy America and Voices for a Healthy America.
History
MAHA PAC was registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on August 31, 2024, eight days after Kennedy suspended his presidential campaign and formally endorsed Trump.[1][2] It officially launched on September 4, 2024.[3] Jared Volz incorporated a non-profit entity called "Make America Healthy Again" in the State of Michigan on September 25, 2024.[4]
MAHA PAC describes itself as being "founded by senior staffers of Robert F. Kennedy Jr."[5]
On October 5, 2024, Roger Hayes (through Blueskin Enterprises) filed an application to trademark the term "Make America Healthy Again" for use for "political action committee services."[6]
The PAC reported raising $326,364 during the 2024 United States presidential election cycle, and spent $271,335.[7] Its largest single donor was Justin Malkin, listed as a self-employed entrepreneur in Keene, New Hampshire, who gave $143,276.30.[8]
On February 22, 2025, Hayes filed an application to trademark the Make America Healthy Again PAC logo.[9]
