CoVariants

CoVariants is an online genomic sequence database that presents information about viral variants of SARS-CoV-2. It is run by Emma Hodcroft of the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the University of Bern and the SIB Swiss Insitute of Bioinformatics.[1]

It uses data from the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID), and is partnered with Nextstrain, Next.js and Vercel.
