  • Page 2: Reveals that Bonnie Henry notified Monika Naus on December 24, 2020 of an “anaphylactic reaction” from a COVID-19 vaccine that had occurred the day prior.
  • Pages 3-4: Barbara Raymond of the Public Health Agency of Canada notified Henry on January 27, 2021 that an inmate held by the Correction Service Canada (CSC) had died after receiving a first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Page 17: Eleni Galanis (chair of the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control COVID-19 Oversight Committee) notified Bonnie Henry of her “high level of concern” over severe adverse events in Europe caused by the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, urging Henry and “decision-makers” to “consider whether to pause the use” of the vaccine “until further investigations are completed, to understand the extent of risk for BC residents.”
