Predictive Diagnostics

Predictive Diagnostics (formerly LifeCode Genetics) was an American medical diagnostics company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was a subsidiary of Predictive Technology Group.[1][2]

History

The company was initially founded as LifeCode Genetics in March 2011 by Ronald Barhorst, David Bommarito and Bradley Robinson.[3][4]

On November 6, 2015, Predictive Technology Group announced that it had purchased LifeCode Genetics.[5]

On June 2, 2016, LifeCode Genetics changed its name to Predictive Diagnostics.[6]

Predictive Diagnostics, Inc. was incorporated on September 5, 2018.[7]

On October 4, 2018, Predictive Diagnostics announced the launch of its "unique endometriosis risk test" at the then-upcoming 74th American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Scientific Congress & Expo in Denver, Colorado.[1:1]

The company was dissolved on September 30, 2019.[7:1]
