Centre for Information Resilience

The Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) is a British nonprofit organization based in London, England.

History

CIR was founded in 2020 by Ross Burley and Adam Rutland.[1]

CIR runs multiple programs, including Afghan Witness, Eyes on Russia and Myanmar Witness. CIR is a member organization of Social Enterprise UK.[1:1]
