This request includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Any and all records depicting the application process and selection criteria for organizations participating in the program.
- Any and all records regarding, concerning, or related to the consideration of any organization that sought to be and/or were considered for participation in the program that were not selected.
- Any and all records regarding, concerning, or related to any and all awarded or proposed related grants or contracts to or with any organization participating in the program.
- Any and all related records of communication between any official, employee, or representative of the Department of Health and Human Services and any officer, employee, or representative of any organization participating in the program.

- Notes: Published following a lawsuit by Judicial Watch after HHS failed to disclose the records requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
