The Children's Investment Fund Management, or TCI Fund Management, is a British hedge fund management firm based in London, England. It was founded in 2003 by Chris Hohn, and manages The Children’s Investment Master Fund.

TCI derives its name from a charitable foundation called Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), set up by Chris Hohn and his ex-wife, Jamie Cooper-Hohn. In an example of “venture philanthropy” or “philanthrocapitalism,” CIFF was set up to automatically receive a portion of profits from TCI fund management.
