Tactic Global, officially Tactic COC LLC,[1] is an American business consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. and Miami, Florida. It is a subsidiary of COC Global Enterprise.[2]

History

Tactic LLC was incorporated in Miami, Florida on November 26, 2024.[3]

Tactic Global announced its launch on January 27, 2025 (through a press released misdated "January 27, 2024"). Kenneth Vogel of the New York Times opined that the firm was formed "to capitalize on interest in influencing Trump."[4] On January 31, the company's corporate name was changed to Tactic COC LLC.[5]

On April 14, 2025, Tactic partners Soledad Cedro and Matt Schlapp met with Argentinian President Javier Milei in Buenos Aires.[6]

Tactic organized an event on May 4, 2025, featuring Scott Bessent and Richard Grenell.[7] Attendees reportedly included Brendan Carr, Abe Hamadeh, Darrell Issa, Steve Mnuchin, Santiago Pena, Pablo Zambrano Albuja, Mark Uyeda, Robert Zarnegin, Bill Ackman, Jane Fraser, Norm Brownstein, Rebecca Karabus, Barry Sternlicht, Mark Holscher, Robin Vince, Jihan Wu, Ryan Breslow, Igor Tulchinsky, Pandu Sjahrir, John Koudounis, Kevin Lu, John Penotti, and Tactic employees Caroline Wren and Ryan Coyne.[8]
