The Rule of Law Foundation is an American non-profit organization based in New York City.
History
The foundation was founded in late 2018 by Guo Wengui and Steve Bannon.[1] The official launch event took place on November 20, 2018.
On June 4, 2020, Guo and Bannon launched a political lobbying group called the New Federal State of China supported by the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society.[2]
