Robert Barnes is an American lawyer based in Nevada. He has represented a range of high-profile clients including Donald Trump, Brook Jackson, Ralph Nader, Alex Jones and Kyle Rittenhouse.[1][2]

COVID-19
In late 2021, Barnes brought a lawsuit against Tyson Foods on behalf of employees put on unpaid leave due to the company's COVID-19 vaccine mandate.[3]
