The Review of the Federal Approach to Pandemic Science Advice and Research Coordination advisory panel is an external advisory body of Health Canada. It is chaired by Mark Walport, former Government Chief Scientific Adviser.[1]
History
In August 2023, Health Canada collaborated with the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Office of the Chief Science Advisor to convene an "independent expert panel to conduct a review of the federal approach to pandemic science advice and research coordination."[2] The panel's report was published October 10, 2024.[3]
