R. Clinton Ohlers

Robert Clinton Ohlers is an American media professional. He serves as Director of Media Relations for SafeBlood Donation,[1] an editor for Free Press Media Group and World Tribune,[2] and a board member for the International Human Development Corporation (IHDC).[3]

History

Ohlers received his MA in History of Christian Thought from the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a PhD in American and European Intellectual History from the University of Pennsylvania.[1:1]

Career

Ohlers worked as an Adjunct Professor for less than a year at Lee University in 2012.[4]

He served as a Research Fellow at the Carl F. H. Henry Center for Theological Understanding from September 2016 to May 2017 as part of the Creation Project, a 3-year initiative funded by the Templeton Religion Trust.[5]

He then worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong from April 2018 to January 2020, under the Faith and Global Engagement program.[4:1] He also contributed to the program's sister initiative, the Faith and Science Collaborative Research Forum (FaSCoRe),[6] funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation.[7]

COVID-19

From August 2020 to February 2022, Ohlers worked at Free Press Media Group (FPMG) as a Contributing Editor, and as an Investigative Editor from September 2021 to present.[4:2][3:1]

He became Director of Media Relations at SafeBlood Donation in December 2022.[4:3]
