Office of the Attorney General of Texas

The Office of the Attorney General of Texas is an agency of the Government of Texas led by Attorney General Ken Paxton. It is based in Austin, Texas.

History

On November 30, 2023, AG Paxton announced that he had filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for "unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine and attempting to censor public discussion of the product."[1]
