The North Carolina Fact-Checking Project is a project of the Duke Reporters' Lab, created to provide "non-partisan fact-check articles for publications and broadcast programs statewide" during the 2018 state elections and 2019 state legislative session.[1]
Partners
Partners of the project included the Duke Reporters' Lab, the Reese News Lab at the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, PolitiFact and McClatchy.[1:1][2] It was funded by the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) and the North Carolina Local News Lab Fund.[2:1]
