He is the former producer and co-host of the Rounding the Earth podcast, owner of Sturgess Prime Productions, founder of White Rose Intelligence,[2] and an editor of the Campfire Wiki. He is a member of Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT).[3]

History

Sturgess received the Kind Heart Award from the City of North Vancouver in 2020, during the first months of the declared COVID-19 pandemic.[4][5] Discussing local governments' actions in the first wave of shutdowns resulting in the widespread cancellation of artistic and youth events, Sturgess noted “even though the world was drastically changing, we [can] still take a moment to be thankful for our successes and joys from the past while we prepare for the uncertain future.”[6]

In September 2021, Sturgess co-authored the Canadian Covid Care Alliance (CCCA) policy statement alongside several other CCCA members.[7]

In October 2021, Sturgess co-authored a paper for the CCCA on the topic of natural immunity to COVID-19 alongside Drs. Bonnie Mallard, Niel Karrow, Byram Bridle, David Speicher, Christopher Shaw, and Steven Pelech, reviewing a collection of 15 studies compiled by Daniel Horowitz at Blaze Media.[8]

In May 2022, Sturgess self-published National Advisory Committee on Immunization: A Brief Introduction to Canada's COVID-19 Vaccine Regulators. As of January 2023, the book was ranked #16 in Amazon's list of best-selling “Medical Drug Guides”, #17 in “Drug Guides (Books)” and #79 in “Public Health Administration”.[9]

In June 2022, Sturgess travelled to Toronto, Ontario to participate as secretary in A Citizens' Hearing.[10]

In July 2023, Sturgess began working with American Values 2024, a super PAC supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s candidacy for President of the United States.[11] On July 30, 2023, Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute cited Sturgess' article discussing the role of Dustin Moskovitz in funding various exercises and countermeasures related to the COVID-19 pandemic.[12]

On January 31, 2024, Sturgess delivered a presentation to the Canadian Covid Care Alliance on the topic of conflicts of interest with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).[13]

On February 8, 2024, Sturgess delivered a presentation to the Physicians & Health Professionals of BC group hosted by BC Rising and the Canadian Society for Science & Ethics in Medicine (CSSEM) on the subject of Allan Seckel and the amalgamation of British Columbia's medical colleges.[14]
