Levi & Korsinsky filed a class action lawsuit against Moderna on allegations of securities fraud. The suit alleges that Moderna misled shareholders over the efficacy of its mRNA-1345 product, an mRNA-based vaccine against RSV, overstating its commercial prospects.[1]
