The Alliance for Biosecurity is an American lobbying organization based in Washington, D.C.
History
The alliance sent a letter dated July 29, 2015 to U.S. Representatives Susan Brooks and Anna Eshoo in support of the Strengthening Public Health Emergency Response Act of 2015, which “would support preparedness for potential public health emergencies by increasing accountability and streamlining the contracting process for medical countermeasures (MCMs).”[1]

The alliance is a participating member of the Virtual Biosecurity Center, an initiative of the Federation of American Scientists.[2]
