adMare BioInnovations

adMare BioInnovations is a Canadian drug development company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is headquartered at the University of British Columbia, with an additional research centre in Montreal, Quebec.

History

adMare was formed out of a coalition between Vancouver's Centre for Drug Research and Development (CDRD), Accel-Rx and Montreal's NEOMED Institute.[1]

adMare purchased advertising time from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) sometime during 2020-2022.[2]

Organization

adMare is a member organization of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO).[3] It is also a sponsor for Life Sciences British Columbia, a non-governmental organization representing the interests of pharmaceutical companies at various levels of government.[4]

adMare has provided funding to the Montreal Clinical Research Institute (MCRI).[5]

adMare operates the adMare Academy including the Pfizer-sponsored Executive Institute, a training program for executive-level life science professionals.[6][7]
