Praetorian Guard Security Services was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on September 12, 2018.[1]
The company's website went offline on or around June 16, 2025, following the arrest of Vance Boelter for the alleged murder of Minnesota House of Representatives Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark Hortman.[2]
