# World Council for Health Canada

**World Council for Health Canada Association (WCHC)** is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation based in St. Albert, Alberta.[\[1\]](#fn1) It is the Canadian affiliate of the [World Council for Health](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/World-Council-for-Health) (WCH).[\[2\]](#fn2)

## History

WCHC was established in June 2024,[\[2:1\]](#fn2) and formally incorporated on September 3, 2024.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)

WCHC has advocated against Bill C-293, An Act respecting pandemic prevention and preparedness, introduced in the Parliament of Canada. Ted Kuntz, a WCHC director, warned that the bill may “eliminate an individual’s ability to have freedom of medical choice and informed consent.”[\[3\]](#fn3)

## Organization

WCHC is partnered with the Canada Health Alliance, [Children's Health Defense Canada](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Childrens-Health-Defense-Canada) and Vaccine Choice Canada.[\[4\]](#fn4)
