# Varitage

**Varitage** is an American biotechnology marketing agency based in Vista, California. It was founded and is run by [Karen Kingston](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Karen-Kingston).

## History

Varitage, Inc. was incorporated on July 31, 2007 by Karen Kingston (then named Karen Davies) and Craig Knutsen.[\[1\]](#fn1) This company was dissolved on August 22, 2013.[\[2\]](#fn2)

A second iteration of Varitage, Inc. was incorporated on August 11, 2016 by Van Haynie with Kingston as CEO.[\[3\]](#fn3) This second company was dissolved on December 2, 2019.[\[4\]](#fn4)

Varitage Strategies LLC was incorporated on September 9, 2019,[\[5\]](#fn5) and was converted into Varitage Strategies Corp. on August 27, 2020.[\[6\]](#fn6)
