Its purpose is to promote [COVID-19 vaccines](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/COVID-19-vaccine) to specific sub-populations.[\[1\]](#fn1) ## History On March 8, 2021, Health Minister Patricia Hadju announced the launch of the Vaccine Community Innovation Challenge.
