Its first project was [CommonHealth](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/CommonHealth).[\[1\]](#fn1) ### COVID-19 Following the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Commons Project developed the [CommonPass](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/CommonPass), a vaccine passport. JP Pollack contributed to the development of the [SMART Health Card](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/SMART-Health-Card) system on behalf of The Commons Project.[\[2\]](#fn2) The Commons Project also serves as a member of the steering committee for the Vaccination Credential Initiative (VCI).[\[3\]](#fn3) Further, TCP runs the [CommonTrust Network](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/CommonTrust-Network), collaborating with the VCI, the [World Economic Forum](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/World-Economic-Forum) (WEF) and “a
