**Taueret Laboratories** was an American biotechnology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

## History

Taueret was founded in April 2003 by Kenneth Ward.[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2)

On August 22, 2018, [Predictive Technology Group](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Predictive-Technology-Group) entered [an agreement](https://web.archive.org/web/20230718221658/https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1382943/000109181818000241/ex103.htm) to purchase key assets of Taueret Laboratories.[\[3\]](#fn3)[\[4\]](#fn4)
