**Solari, Inc.** is an American investment advisory company based in Hickory Valley, Tennessee. It is the publisher of the *Solari Report.*

## History

Solari, Inc. was founded by [Catherine Austin Fitts](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Catherine-Austin-Fitts) as a Delaware corporation in 1994 and became operational on March 22, 1998.[\[1\]](#fn1)

A branch of the company was incorporated in Tennessee on March 26, 2007.[\[2\]](#fn2)
