**Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development** is a May 2010 report published by the Rockefeller Foundation and the [Global Business Network](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Global-Business-Network) (GBN). It contains four hypothetical scenarios titled *Lock Step,* *Clever Together*, *Hack Attack* and *Smart Scramble*.[\[1\]](#fn1)
