**Robert Barnes** is an American lawyer based in Nevada. He has represented a range of high-profile clients including Donald Trump, Brook Jackson, Ralph Nader, [Alex Jones](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Alex-Jones) and Kyle Rittenhouse.[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2)

## History

Barnes was born in East Ridge, Tennessee.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)

### COVID-19

In late 2021, Barnes brought a lawsuit against [Tyson Foods](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Tyson-Foods) on behalf of employees put on unpaid leave due to the company's [COVID-19 vaccine](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/COVID-19-vaccine) mandate.[\[3\]](#fn3)
