# Reframe Health and Justice

**Reframe Health and Justice LLC (RHJ)** is an American social justice consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington.

## History

RHJ was founded in January 2018 by Magalie Lerman, Kate D'Adamo and Sasanka Jinadasa in Denver, Colorado.[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2)

In January 2022, Magalie Lerman filed for dissolution of the company's Colorado registration, and re-incorporated the company in Seattle, Washington.[\[3\]](#fn3)[\[4\]](#fn4)

## Organization

RHJ is based at the same address as Norabee, Switchbox and [WRP Network](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/WRP-Network).[\[5\]](#fn5)
