**PreDxion Bio Inc.** is an American medical diagnostics company based in San Francisco, California.

## History

PreDxion Bio was founded in February 2016 by Caroline Landau, Tim Cornell and Walker McHugh, all students at the University of Michigan.[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2)

In June 2016, the company received its first pair of grants from the University of Michigan and MedTech Innovator.[\[3\]](#fn3)

In 2018, the company received $224,944 in funding from the [National Institutes of Health](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/National-Institutes-of-Health)'s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) small business grant program.[\[4\]](#fn4)
