It provides public health services for the City of Philadelphia. ## History On May 14, 2021, the Department enacted a regulation titled "Emergency Regulation for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19 Supplementing the Regulation Governing the Immunization and Treatment of Newborns, Children and Adolescents."
