## History

The company was incorporated in the state of Delaware on January 24, 2024.[\[5\]](#fn5)

On July 15, 2024, Rumble announced the launch of three new exclusive brands including Pawsitive, 5G Free and Be Naked.[\[4:1\]](#fn4)
