The **Patient First Coalition (PFC)** is an American advocacy initiative. Describing itself as a "leading national non-profit organization," it is focused on enacting policies associated with the Make America Healthy Again movement.

According to its website, the PFC's membership is "in the millions, and includes some of the nation's top thought leaders."[\[1\]](#fn1)

## History

PFC was formed after "a small group of health and wellness, advocacy, and legislative leaders" gathered in the summer of 2024 to discuss "the need for an overarching organization dedicated to President Trump's Make America Healthy Again Movement."[\[1:1\]](#fn1) A similar effort called [Citizens for Primary Care](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Citizens-for-Primary-Care) was initiated at the same time, supported by the [Direct Primary Care Society](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Direct-Primary-Care-Society) (DPCS).[\[2\]](#fn2)

PFC announced its launch via press release on January 29, 2025.[\[3\]](#fn3)

PFC was originally organizing a "MAHA National Conference" scheduled for June 24-25, 2025 in Washington, D.C.[\[4\]](#fn4) However, a different event called [Healthy America 2025](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Healthy-America-2025) was later announced for July 23-25, 2025.[\[5\]](#fn5)

## Organization

PFC is "managed by a national association management firm with four senior operatives."[\[3:1\]](#fn3) Its leadership team consists of 16 members from the health and wellness field, with a team of 200 subject area ambassadors led by 15 "Lead Ambassadors."[\[6\]](#fn6) As of its launch in late January, PFC had "over two dozen supporting organizations representing several million members."[\[6:1\]](#fn6) Photos on PFC's website identify the [National Health Care Sharing Association](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/National-Health-Care-Sharing-Association) (NHCSA)[\[1:2\]](#fn1) and [American Council of Cannabis Medicine](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/American-Council-of-Cannabis-Medicine) (ACCM)[\[7\]](#fn7) as likely members.

PFC's publicly-listed contact phone number, 800-524-2910,[\[8\]](#fn8) is also tied to several other organizations, including the [American Association of Professional Appraisers](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/American-Association-of-Professional-Appraisers) (AAPA),[\[9\]](#fn9) [DDB Group](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/DDB-Group),[\[10\]](#fn10) the Direct Primary Care Society (DPCS),[\[11\]](#fn11) and the [Independent Route Drivers Association of America](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Independent-Route-Drivers-Association-of-America) (IRDAA).[\[12\]](#fn12)
