# Pandemic-Aid Networks

**Pandemic-Aid Networks**, formerly called the **Zero COVID Alliance**, is a multinational umbrella network of advocacy organizations related to COVID-19.[\[1\]](#fn1)

## History

Zero COVID Alliance was founded by Vicky van der Togt, former member of the Dutch Containment Nu and board member of the Protect EveryBody Foundation.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)

Zero COVID Alliance co-hosted the [COVID Community Action Summit](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/COVID-Community-Action-Summit) from January 26-28, 2021.[\[2\]](#fn2)

In 2021, the organization partnered with Research-Aid Networks.[\[1:2\]](#fn1)

On May 25, 2023, the organization announced it would be ceasing operations.[\[3\]](#fn3)
