# Olivia Quan

**Olivia Quan** was a Canadian recording engineer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She worked as a producer and engineer at [Monarch Studios](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Monarch-Studios).[\[1\]](#fn1) She died suddenly of a brain bleed on July 1, 2022 at age 25.[\[2\]](#fn2)

## COVID-19

Quan's employer, Monarch Studios, publicly disclosed that as of at least December 7, 2021, all of their audio engineers and interns had "been [double-vaccinated for COVID-19](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/COVID-19-vaccine)."[\[3\]](#fn3)

Quan died suddenly on July 1, 2022 while working on her laptop in bed at home. Monarch Studios announced her death on July 4, 2022 on Instagram.[\[4\]](#fn4)[\[5\]](#fn5) It was revealed shortly after that she died of a brain bleed, which Monarch described as being of "natural causes."[\[2:1\]](#fn2) In their statement, Monarch said they took comfort in the fact that they were "told she most likely lost consciousness immediately and died without prolonged discomfort."[\[5:1\]](#fn5)

Quan is included in Edward Dowd's book, *"Cause Unknown": The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 & 2022* as one of thousands of young adults who died in sudden and abnormal ways after the worldwide rollout of COVID-19 vaccines.[\[6\]](#fn6) She was also included in a similar list in *Forbidden Facts: Government Deceit & Suppression about Brain Damage from Childhood Vaccines* by Gavin de Becker, published in September 2025.[\[7\]](#fn7)
