## History

The Nurse Freedom Network was founded in July 2021 by Kimberly Overton.[\[1\]](#fn1)[\[2\]](#fn2) The earliest [archived version](https://web.archive.org/web/20211023234739/https://nursefreedomnetwork.org/) of the organization's website is from October 23, 2021.[\[2:1\]](#fn2)

The organization was incorporated on October 25, 2021 and by November 2021, it had completed its registration as a 501(c)(3) non-profit.[\[3\]](#fn3)[\[4\]](#fn4)
