# No Labels

**No Labels** is an American non-profit political advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. It has been described as a "dark money group."[\[1\]](#fn1)

## History

No Labels was founded in 2010 by Nancy Jacobson, a former fundraiser for the Democratic Party.[\[2\]](#fn2)[\[3\]](#fn3)

### COVID-19

On October 7, 2022, No Labels staff published an article outlining widespread fraud associated with the [United States Federal Government](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/United-States-Federal-Government)'s COVID-19 relief funding efforts.[\[4\]](#fn4)

In 2023 and early 2024, No Labels explored the possibility of nominating a third party candidate to run in the 2024 United States presidential election.[\[5\]](#fn5)

Pat McCrory stepped down as co-chair of No Labels in March 2024.[\[6\]](#fn6) On April 4, 2024, No Labels announced it was abandoning its efforts to run a presidential candidate on a third-party ticket.[\[7\]](#fn7)

### Funding
