# New Federal State of China

The **New Federal State of China (NFSC)** is a political lobbying organization whose stated intention is to overthrow the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).[\[1\]](#fn1) It was founded by [Guo Wengui](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Guo-Wengui) and [Steve Bannon](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Steve-Bannon), with support from [Kyle Bass](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Kyle-Bass).[\[2\]](#fn2)

## History

The NFSC was announced by Guo Wengui and Steve Bannon on June 4, 2020 during a livestream in New York City.[\[3\]](#fn3) A document titled “A Declaration of the New Federal State of China” was published the same day, outlining the mission and vision of the organization.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)
