# Kevin Connery

**Kevin Connery** is an American musician and activist based in Brooklyn, New York.[\[1\]](#fn1) He works as a bassist and music producer.[\[2\]](#fn2) He is affiliated with [New York Freedom Rally](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/New-York-Freedom-Rally) and World Wide Demonstration.

## History

Connery attended the University of Michigan from 2006-2011 for a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Jazz/Jazz Studies.[\[2:1\]](#fn2)

He first met his significant other, Ale Vasto, in 2010.[\[3\]](#fn3)

On April 1, 2016, Connery published a photo with himself and Cornel West.[\[4\]](#fn4) At the time, West was a vocal supporter of Bernie Sanders in his 2016 run for president.[\[5\]](#fn5)

On September 12, 2018, Connery published a post on Facebook suggesting that accusations towards Syrian president Bashar al-Assad of deploying chemical weapons against his own people were false.[\[6\]](#fn6)

On March 29, 2019, Connery participated in a protest outside of the County of Rockland office building in response to the county's declaration of emergency related to measles, which instituted a 30-day "ban" on unvaccinated children in public places.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)[\[7\]](#fn7)

### COVID-19

Connery has been a member of a Facebook group called [New Yorkers for Medical Freedom and Parental Rights](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/New-Yorkers-for-Medical-Freedom-and-Parental-Rights) since January 18, 2021.[\[8\]](#fn8)

On April 3, 2021, Connery posted an advertisement for an upcoming protest against New York's [Excelsior Pass](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Excelsior-Pass) scheduled for April 5, 2021.[\[9\]](#fn9)

On May 8, 2021, Connery posted an advertisement for an upcoming rally organized by World Wide Demonstration and New York Freedom Rally scheduled for May 15, 2021.[\[10\]](#fn10)
