It is part of the [Stardust Group](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Stardust-Group).[\[1\]](#fn1) ## History IHB was incorporated on January 3, 2022.[\[2\]](#fn2) A branch of the company was registered in Florida on March 1, 2023 by [Richard Ford](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Richard-Ford).[\[3\]](#fn3) ### Lawsuit On September 11, 2025, a group of former employees filed a lawsuit against IHB and its sister company, [The Wellness Company](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/The-Wellness-Company) (TWC), in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
