**Himalaya Exchange** is a cryptocurrency company based in London, England.

## History

On June 17, 2021, the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a warning that Himalaya Exchange was not registered in British Columbia, and investors should use caution.[\[1\]](#fn1)

## Organization

The exchange held assets at FV Bank and Mercantile Bank International (MBI).[\[2\]](#fn2)

### Partners

Entities controlled by [Guo Wengui](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Guo-Wengui), such as [G|CLUBS](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/G-CLUBS) and G|Fashion, reportedly had business relationships with Himalaya Exchange. Guo has promoted the exchange, despite having no formal position with the company.[\[2:1\]](#fn2)
