## History

Pete Kavanaugh incorporated Highbury Strategies LLC on December 23, 2020,[\[1\]](#fn1) and launched the firm on March 17, 2021.[\[2\]](#fn2)

From February 2021 to November 2022, the [Democratic National Committee](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Democratic-National-Committee) (DNC) paid Highbury Strategies $308,000 for "digital consulting."[\[5\]](#fn5) The DNC paid an additional $140,000 between April and October 2023.[\[6\]](#fn6)
