**GNews**, also called **GNEWS Inc.** and **GNews Media Group, Inc.**, is a media organization based in Puerto Rico.

## History

GNews was founded in 2019 by [Guo Wengui](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Guo-Wengui) as a corporation registered in Delaware.[\[1\]](#fn1)

## Organization

GNews is a wholly-owned subsidiary of [Saraca Media Group](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Saraca-Media-Group) and is operated by Qiang Guo.[\[1:1\]](#fn1)
