# End Citizens United Action Fund

**End Citizens United Action Fund**, officially the **End Citizens United // Let America Vote Action Fund**, is an American 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C. It is the sister organization of [End Citizens United](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/End-Citizens-United).

## History

The ECU Action Fund was founded in June 2018.[\[1\]](#fn1)

### 2020 presidential election

In January 2020, the ECU Action Fund merged with Let America Vote, with the combined group relaunching as End Citizens United // Let America Vote Action Fund.[\[2\]](#fn2)

The ECU Action fund was a partner of Protect the Results, a political action group formed by [Indivisible](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/Indivisible) and Stand Up America to respond to potential outcomes of the 2020 United States presidential election.[\[3\]](#fn3)[\[4\]](#fn4)
