# David Redman

**David Redman** is a Canadian veteran and emergency management professional. He is the former head of the Alberta Emergency Management Agency.

## History

On March 31, 2021, Redman published a review of the first year of COVID-19 pandemic-related public health measures and their failures, while providing open guidance for how to move forward.[\[1\]](#fn1)

Redman testified before the [National Citizens Inquiry](https://www.whiteroseintelligence.com/National-Citizens-Inquiry) (NCI) during its stop at Red Deer, Alberta, in April 2023.[\[2\]](#fn2)
