The **COVID-19 Provincial Diagnostic Network** was a Canadian provincial public health program organized under Ontario Health. It consisted of "more than 40 independent hospitals, public health and community laboratories" across Ontario.[\[1\]](#fn1)

## History

Ontario Health launched the COVID-19 Provincial Diagnostic Network on March 29, 2020.[\[2\]](#fn2)
